WE ARE “BUSINESS AS USUAL”

The health and safety of our customers, staff and community is, as always, our priority. As you are aware, the recent outbreak of COVID-19 has raised concern and we want to assure you that we are constantly monitoring the situation to ensure we are making the best decisions to protect our staff and clients. WE ARE BUSINESS AS USUAL and have already put systems in place to be able to work from home and carry on business as usual.

We are still scheduling appointments with additional precautionary measures as follows:

Asking all clients if they have travelled overseas or been in contact with someone that has tested positive to COVID-19 in the last 14 days and if so, that they do not attend
Where possible, maintain social distancing (asking clients to keep 2m distance from others)
All attendees must register with their full contact details for tracking purposes
Carefully spacing inspections where there is a risk of overcrowding
Offering private inspections and video tours to those who do not wish to attend appointments
Ensuring all staff and clients sanitise or wash their hands prior to entering a property (where required)
We will be contactable as usual with the use of office phone diversion, email, mobile phone, Facetime, and other forms of video conferencing.

We are following all public health guidance, as a precautionary measure we will be respectfully avoiding shaking hands within this sales office. We value your support and want to ensure you that we remain OPEN FOR BUSINESS to assist you at any time.
